Office Stock handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you have any issue or complaint with your order please contact admin@officestock.com.au for a fast resolution. A resolution may be the replacement of faulty goods or parts.

Inspection

We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that are delivered to you to ensure the goods are of an acceptable quality and match the description on your invoice.

Change of mind

We recommend you carefully check all sizing and measurements provided on the product description and ensure the product will suit your needs before proceeding with your order.

Consumer guarantees and your rights under the Australia consumer law

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

There are nine consumer guarantees that apply to goods you purchase:

  • Acceptable quality
  • Fit for a particular purpose
  • Match description
  • Match the sample or demonstration model
  • Express warranties will be honored
  • Spare parts and repair facilities will be available for a reasonable time after purchase
  • Title to the goods
  • Undisturbed possession of the goods
  • No undisclosed securities on the goods

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you purchase or any voluntary warranty (warranty against defects) you are given.
 
There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.

Damage in transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We request you take a photo of the damaged item and e-mail it to us. Office Stock will then arrange a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. 

 

Office Stock will accept returns of products unopened and still in their original packaging, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the cost of the product will be charged. The customer will be charged any freight costs from delivery by Office Stock (including items with free shipping) and also cost to return the product to the warehouse it was dispatched from.

WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS. PLEASE USE A TRACKABLE SERVICE. WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACAKGE, WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE PURCHASE BETWEEN 1-5 WORKING DAYS
