Office Stock handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you have any issue or complaint with your order please contact for a fast resolution. A resolution may be the replacement of faulty goods or parts.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased back to our warehouse.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.

What is a valid reason for return:

  • I received the wrong product
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective or not working as advertised

Office Stock does not accept return claims for changes of mind or when goods are not used for their intended purpose.

Goods will need to be returned in original packaging where possible. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment upon inspection of returned goods.


Office Stock will accept returns of products unopened and still in their original packaging, a re-stocking fee of 20% of the cost of the product will be charged with a minimum of $75.00. The customer will be charged for any freight cost in returning the product to our warehouse.
