Is the surface magnetic?

Yes — the steel surface is fully magnetic. You can use magnets to attach documents, photos, and notes alongside your whiteboard writing.

What type of markers should I use?

Use standard dry-erase whiteboard markers. Avoid permanent markers as they will stain the surface. For best results, clean the board regularly with a whiteboard cleaner to prevent ghosting.

Is the mounting hardware included?

Yes — the whiteboard comes with mounting hardware for both the adjustable ring mount and concealed corner-fix methods. You'll need a drill and appropriate wall plugs for your wall type (plasterboard, brick, etc.).

Can I mount it vertically (portrait orientation)?

The whiteboards are designed to be mounted in landscape orientation with the pen tray along the bottom edge. Portrait mounting is not recommended as the pen tray would be on the side.
